About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic COO/CFO to drive our operational, financial, and administrative functions in the exciting world of digital assets. In this dual role, you will oversee fund administration, manage legal resources, handle legal filings, and assist in the creation and review of critical legal documents. Financially, you'll be responsible for budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, tax management, audit processes, and oversight of our fund financials. You'll also play a pivotal role in investment processes, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations and serving as a primary point of contact for legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fund administration and legal document management.
- Manage financial functions including budgeting and cash flow oversight.
- Coordinate KYC/AML processes and compliance activities.
- Oversee auditing and tax management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a COO or CFO in venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience managing outsourced legal, tax, accounting, and audit teams.
- Proven track record in fundraising and investor relations.
- Self-motivated with analytical and technical skills, and exceptional time management.
- Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technologies.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
