nThe role you'll contribute:
nPerforms the repair and maintenance of assigned areas that would require performing tasks which normally would come under such trades as plumbing, electrical, A/C, refrigeration, mechanical, drywall repair, flooring repair or painting.
nThe value you'll bring to the team:
nOperates company vehicle as needed.
nPerforms repairs to building in a competent, neat, and workmanlike manner.
nIdentifies proper tools for tasks and consults appropriate personnel for any uncertainties.
nAccurately completes and submits work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily.
nCompletes all Life Safety preventive maintenance tasks and work orders within one month of assignment at a 95% completion rate.
nCompletes other work orders and preventive maintenance tasks at a 95-98% completion rate within the month they were assigned.
nConducts daily walks in assigned areas to observe and correct needed repairs promptly.
nThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
nMinimum qualifications :
nHigh School Grad or Equiv
n2 experience as a building maintenance/repair technician
nDrivers License
