Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Monday Friday 8am 4:30pm - On call rotates every 7-10 weeks

The role you'll contribute:

n

Performs the repair and maintenance of assigned areas that would require performing tasks which normally would come under such trades as plumbing, electrical, A/C, refrigeration, mechanical, drywall repair, flooring repair or painting.

n

Operates company vehicle as needed.

n

Performs repairs to building in a competent, neat, and workmanlike manner.

n

Identifies proper tools for tasks and consults appropriate personnel for any uncertainties.

n

Accurately completes and submits work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily.

n

Completes all Life Safety preventive maintenance tasks and work orders within one month of assignment at a 95% completion rate.

n

Completes other work orders and preventive maintenance tasks at a 95-98% completion rate within the month they were assigned.

n

Conducts daily walks in assigned areas to observe and correct needed repairs promptly.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

n

Minimum qualifications :

n

High School Grad or Equiv

n

2 experience as a building maintenance/repair technician

n

Drivers License

n
