Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Oracle Fusion Business Analyst
with expertise in Oracle Fusion business processes and security coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, implementation projects, and cross-functional team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify access gaps, working closely with the security team to implement appropriate solutions. Serve as a liaison between division business leaders, end users, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of security-related issues. Actively participate in Oracle Fusion implementation projects, providing support to both technical teams and business users while adhering to Project Management Office (PMO) best practices. Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, including custom roles, privileges, data security policies, and Segment Value Security. Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion business process analysis, including tax and other financial processes. Proficiency in mapping Oracle Fusion RTR, PTP, OTC, and PTC processes into the Oracle security role framework. Working knowledge of Fusion Cloud ERP configuration and Oracle security tables. Experience in at least two Oracle Fusion implementation projects as a Business Analyst. Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
