We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic and growing plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with specialized knowledge in aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, performing aesthetic procedures, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients seeking cosmetic enhancements. Fostering a culture where our staff thrive is a top priority at the Jacobs Center. We seek an individual who is a team player and can work independently at times.

Duties

• Administer aesthetic treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans with an emphasis on patient experience and patient education
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Performance of additional services such as microneedling and/or laser is encouraged.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic nursing and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Assist with the expansion of the non-surgical side of the practice, including but not limited to periodic social media posts.

Skills
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in a variety of skills relevant to the Aesthetic Nurse role, including but not limited to:

• Experience administering injections (neuromodulators, dermal fillers).
• A licensed RN, PA or NP in the State of California
• Adept at interpersonal interactions with proven patient-facing skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
