Position Title: Warehouse Associate (Mobile Phone Fulfillment)
Location: Sparks, NV 89437 – Onsite Position
Anticipated Start Date: September 22nd 2025

Expected Duration: 01+ months contract (with possibility of extension up-to 1 more month)
Job Type: Contract, 36 - 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite Position
Pay Range: $18/Hr - $19/Hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Shift 1 – 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday to Thursday)
Shift 2 – 5:00 pm to 3:30 am (Monday to Thursday)
Shift 3 – 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (Friday through Sunday)
Shift 4 – 5:00 pm to 5:30 am (Friday through Sunday)
Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to support our fulfillment operations in Reno, NV. This role is responsible for packaging, shipping, and handling mobile devices and accessories to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our customers and retail partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare mobile phones and accessories for shipment according to company standards.
Accurately process orders using warehouse management and shipping systems.
Ensure all packaging meets quality and security requirements to protect products in transit.
Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and productivity goals.
Assist with inbound deliveries, unloading shipments, and restocking inventory.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/shipping systems.
Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
