Hardware Performance Testing

- hands-on experience validating and stress-testing server-grade hardware. Linux Red Hat Expertise

- strong background in managing and troubleshooting RHEL environments. Scripting Skills

- advanced knowledge of

Bash

and

Python

for automation and test script development. Data Handling

- familiarity with

XML ,

JSON , and integration with

OEM APIs . Bare Metal Provisioning

- must understand server deployment from scratch. Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with

datacenter GPUs

and performance tuning. Knowledge of virtualization tools: VMware ,

Hyper-V ,

KVM ,

vSphere ,

ESXi ,

VCF ,

vRealize ,

NSX-T

Cloud-native & containerization familiarity: Kubernetes (K8s) ,

KubeVirt

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Ability to work with

Express Configuration , potentially using

Terraform

or

Ansible .

Storage Technologies: Working knowledge of

S3-compatible storage .

Virtualization Migration Experience: Past work involving migration from

OpenStack

to VMs or other hypervisors.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be local

to NJ/NY/CT or willing to relocate at own expense. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a high-performance engineering environment.
