Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance teams.
- Assist with data entry of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Maintain and organize financial records, both digital and physical.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and accounting documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and internal audits.
- Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Assist with reception duties, including answering calls and monitoring cameras as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of a telephone and computer to communicate with customers.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies, files, and equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to move freely around the office to access files, office equipment, and interact with team members.
- Regularly required to talk or hear, and occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
