ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

At Bader Rutter, we know the little things make a big difference. As our Account Assistant, you’ll set the tone for the day—brewing the first pot of coffee, keeping supplies stocked, and making sure our office feels like a place where people can do their best work. You’ll also be the behind-the-scenes support for our client teams, keeping calendars in check, presentations polished, and travel plans seamless. Plus, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing the culture-building events that bring our team together.

This is a role for someone who gets energy from helping others shine, thrives on organization, and loves creating an environment where things just work.

Who You Are

  • An organizational whiz who loves juggling details and creating order out of chaos.
  • A positive presence who makes colleagues feel supported and welcomed.
  • A proactive doer—you spot what needs to get done and make it happen.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional and discreet with sensitive information.


What You’ll Do

  • Set the tone: Keep the office humming—brew coffee, stock supplies, and ensure everything’s ready for the day.
  • Be the go-to: Support your team with scheduling, travel booking, expense reports, and admin tasks.
  • Keep us organized: Manage spreadsheets, proof documents, and keep materials moving.
  • Make it smooth: Coordinate meetings, client visits, team lunches, and events so everything feels effortless.
  • Build connection: Help plan and execute culture-building activities that make work more meaningful and fun.
  • Pitch in: Step up across the admin team when needed—you’re the glue that keeps things running.


What You Bring

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of related experience.
  • A detail-loving, multitasking mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
