The Opportunity

A respected commercial builder is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment and enjoys seeing projects through from ground-up to closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and field teams
• Manage and update construction schedules and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics
• Enforce project-specific and OSHA safety protocols
• Ensure quality control and adherence to local building codes
• Serve as the main point of contact on-site for project stakeholders

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial builds
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record building and managing construction schedules
• Knowledge of local code compliance and inspection processes
• Ground-up experience preferred
• Public Works background.
