Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $125K–$160K, based on experience and title (Super/Senior Super)
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus (10% total: 6% company performance + 4% individual performance).
• Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month + gas card.

Position Overview

• Lead and mentor team members, including interns and junior staff, fostering their growth and development.
• Help plan, execute, and manage multiple construction projects ranging from $5M to $40M.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, addressing risks and challenges proactively to maintain timelines and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Proven experience managing construction projects in the public, private, or commercial sectors.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and support junior staff.
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and build strong client relationships.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
