Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will ensure that projects are effectively executed within budgeted cost and time schedules while ensuring positive cash flow. This role is in the office or on-site 5 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multiple projects (typically up to $1M in value) from award to completion.
• Create and manage project installation plans, job procedures, and schedules.
• Translate customer needs into detailed project plans and technical solutions.
• Oversee subcontractors, materials procurement, and job cost tracking.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction throughout.
• Resolve project risks and implement strategies to control timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain detailed job status documentation.
• Support the development and mentoring of project teams or direct reports.

This is a direct hire position, onsite at the Buffalo, New York office or at project sites. It is an excellent opportunity with a fantastic team and growth opportunities! Depending on the project, it could be on sites above 50% of the time. This role includes either Mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3+ years of relevant security integration project management experience
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, and scheduling large-scale million dollar projects
• Skilled in overseeing and tracking project finances from initiation through completion to ensure alignment with contract goals and financial targets
• Experience communicating and driving delay notices
• Excellent communication skill
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
