We’re partnering with a well-established and reputable general contractor based in Orange County that is actively seeking a Project Manager with experience overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects . This firm is known for its strong leadership, consistent pipeline of work, and employee-focused culture. The Project Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle project oversight—from preconstruction through closeout—while maintaining a strong focus on schedule, budget, and team coordination. Lead and manage all phases of construction for ground-up commercial projects Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and reporting Ensure quality control, jobsite safety, and project documentation 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction ~ Proven ability to manage multiple $5M–$30M+ projects ~ Experience with scheduling software and construction management tools ~ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Local OC projects — no extensive travel
