Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer – Luxury Residential Construction Santa Barbara, CA | Full-Time | On-Site We are a boutique general contractor specializing in custom, high-end residences throughout Santa Barbara. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer who shares our passion for detail, design, and collaboration. The APM will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless communication, meticulous documentation, and an elevated experience for clients, architects, and trade partners. Support the Project Manager in the execution of high-end custom home projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants with precision and professionalism Maintain detailed project documentation: Use technology (especially Procore ) to keep projects organized and transparent Attend site visits, capture progress, and assist in translating design intent into reality Uphold the standards of craftsmanship and service that define our work 2+ years of experience in custom residential construction or related field ~ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred At Unander Construction, we don’t just build houses — we help create homes of lasting significance .
