Project Manager Post Construction Cleaning Job at Total Cleaning in Fort Lauderd

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction? We’re looking for a dedicated, client-focused Project Manager to oversee our Post-Construction Cleaning Division in a designated territory. In this role, you’ll lead a team of subcontractors and cleaning crews, ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing operations while building strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise post-construction cleaning projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work meets contract specifications and client expectations
• Monitor job site readiness, quality control, and safety compliance
• Provide daily updates, client feedback, and job costing reviews
• Support sales efforts and assist in subcontractor selection and performance
• Lead process improvement initiatives and represent the company at industry events

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in post-construction or janitorial management
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site with PP
