Overview
Full-Time & Direct Hire Accountant needed for award-winning deck & home builders. Based in Eldridge, IA, our client focuses on luxury outdoor design and residential projects, with growth and national recognition.
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. Salary is based on skills and experience; discuss with the recruiter for details.
Responsibilities
- Lead AP/AR, month-end close, and payroll processing
- Analyze ROI for advertising and new equipment investments
- Support audits, lien waiver tracking, and financial reporting
- Maintain project accounting records and reconcile accounts
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize cost-savings strategies
- Support administrative tasks like scheduling or report creation as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar; CPA a plus
- Strong command of QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Excel
- Detail-obsessed, self-starter who values confidentiality and accuracy
- Experience with project-based financials and vendor management
