Robert Halfs enterprise client is looking for an experienced Marketing Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of marketing technology products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product roadmaps while ensuring an exceptional user experience for marketing tools. This is a long-term contract position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the marketing product roadmap for a new AI solution, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead the creation of a new solution by outlining critical product features, customer journey flows, and configurable options for diverse client profiles.
- Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders and external vendors to co-develop a seamless onboarding experience leveraging AI to reduce customer setup effort.
- Transition into supporting engineering alignment by contributing to the documentation and refining the scope for technical execution.
- Partner with engineering teams to validate product feasibility, define priorities, and assist with pilot deployment planning.
- Drive strategic thinking and clarity in ambiguous environments, ensuring consistent progress toward key milestones.
- Serve as an advocate for end-user experience, ensuring marketing technology products deliver intuitive and impactful benefits for customers.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably within marketing technology or AI-powered solutions.
- Strong understanding of marketing product roadmap planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional ability to lead and deliver key documentation.
- Experience with AI technologies and their practical application in customer engagement solutions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical feasibility with visionary product goals.
- Knowledge of onboarding design strategies and AI integration a plus.
