Egan-Jones Ratings Company, a nationally recognized credit rating agency and proxy advisory firm, is seeking a versatile and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our outreach, brand visibility, and campaign execution efforts. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, creative vision, and polished communication—both digital and live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Digital Presence
    Manage and enhance the corporate website using Webflow; ensure brand consistency and SEO optimization.
  • Advertising
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and other digital platforms.
  • Social media
    Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conference Management
    Coordinate event logistics, sponsorships, booth design, collateral, and lead capture for industry conferences.
  • Media & Presentation
    Represent Egan-Jones in video campaigns, interviews, and television segments with clarity and authority.
  • Creative Strategy
    Lead concept development for visually engaging and message-driven creative ad campaigns across digital and print.
  • Reporting & Optimization
    Track campaign performance and ROI across all channels; recommend data-driven improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Marketing management and marketing experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B environments
  • Advanced proficiency with Webflow, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Comfortable speaking on camera or in public forums; experience in television or media
  • Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
  • Strong graphic design sensibility and ability to guide creative development (Canva)
  • Experience managing event logistics for industry conferences and tradeshows
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a detail-oriented and analytical approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with CRM systems and email marketing
  • Familiarity with proxy advisory or institutional investing audiences
