Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
- Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits
PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office and 2 days in a location of your choice.
