Department & Role Context
Department: Capital Solutions – Marketing. Capital Solutions is part of IFF’s Core Business Solutions, collaborating with nonprofits, communities, and IFF to drive strategy and growth. The organization focuses on lending, real estate, and related services to nonprofits and mission-driven groups.
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Primary Focus: Drive multichannel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract clients, and generate business opportunities for IFF’s core areas, including Capital Solutions and Real Estate Solutions. Emphasizes content development and targeted, mission-aligned marketing materials to support business development and outreach.
Key Responsibilities (Core Responsibilities)
- Marketing Planning and Execution: Support the Director of Marketing in developing, implementing, measuring, and optimizing marketing strategies aligned with IFF’s goals and regional market plans.
- Email Campaigns: Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, create and edit content in IFF’s brand voice, collaborate with Communications and market leads, ensure messaging reflects IFF’s commitment to equity and community narratives.
- Social Media Management: Co-create social media strategy, manage accounts, organize calendar, generate content, and report on performance in coordination with the Communications Team.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop and update targeted materials (one-pagers, case studies, presentations, digital assets) that promote IFF’s value proposition and services; ensure alignment with brand guidelines and inclusive representation.
- Database & Marketing Automation: Leverage CRM and marketing modules for automation, analytics, and segmentation; collaborate with Data Team to improve infrastructure and provide lead-generation insights.
- Landing Pages & SEO: Create and optimize landing pages for user experience and conversions; coordinate with Communications, Director of Marketing, and external contractors on website pages and SEO tactics.
- Marketing Reports: Assist in collecting and analyzing data for quarterly reports to assess performance and guide strategy.
- Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: Promote an inclusive environment and participate in EDI events and learning opportunities.
- Other Projects: Perform other projects as assigned.

- Problem-Solving & Lead Gen: Identify challenges and propose solutions to strengthen brand presence and lead generation.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Lending, Real Estate Solutions, Communications, and Data teams to align initiatives.
- Culture & Inclusivity: Foster openness, innovation, and inclusivity within the team.
- Campaign Ideation & Strategy: Proactively propose new ideas and assess effectiveness of tactics.
- Accountability & Relationships: Demonstrate personal accountability and build strong working relationships.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Five to seven years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within nonprofit or community development sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
- Extensive 경험 in email campaigns using marketing automation integrated with CRM systems; track KPIs and monitor website performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proven ability to create compelling content across channels (email, print, social).
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management; able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of navigating a complex organization while fostering alignment.
Technical Proficiency
- CRM & Marketing Platform: Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Digital: WordPress (CMS), Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Collaboration: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
- Design/Production: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
Special Knowledge & Skills
Familiarity with banking/financial services, commercial real estate, nonprofits, and/or community and economic development is a plus.
