Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Reports to: Head of Global Brand / Creative Director

The Role

F1 Arcade is on the hunt for a passionate, energetic and bold Senior Graphic Designer to help shape the future of immersive entertainment. Reporting into the Creative Director within our Global Brand team, you'll deliver everything from venue experiences and branded campaigns to social content and partner activations, with campaigns that are culturally relevant across the UK & US.

The ideal candidate is a senior designer with the ability to flex from conceptualizing big ideas to refining small details. Whether from an in-house or agency background, you thrive in busy environments and can manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. You'll bring big ideas, killer visuals, and a deep love for creating unforgettable experiences in spaces where food, drinks, gaming, and F1-style energy collide.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of big ideas and creative concepts that bring brand stories to life across multiple touchpoints (venues, campaigns, initiatives, guest experiences)
• Interpret briefs and transform them into creative solutions
• Develop decks, mood boards, and visuals that sell the vision
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Venue teams to turn that vision into reality.
• Oversee projects from initial concept through to execution
• Keep things fresh, exciting, and always on-brand

What You Bring

• 6+ years in design or branding for entertainment, lifestyle, or hospitality; we're open to in-house and agency backgrounds
• A portfolio that feels fresh, edgy and contemporary.
• Strong Adobe skills (extra points for motion)
• You think in stories, moments, and guest-first experiences
• Comfortable pitching and presenting your ideas with energy
• Passion for culture, design, and immersive environments
• A calm-headedness and sense of prioritization in the face of deadlines
• Big energy and a sense of humor is appreciated!
