Kails Donuts Barista

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture with the team
• Experience with espresso bar drinks and Bubble Tea preferred
• Ability to provide a consistent experience for guests by being friendly, fast and fun.
• Experience with food quality and freshness management
• Knowledge of state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines

At Kalis Donuts, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted coffee and donuts during all hours of operations, and have FUN!
• Execute food and beverage processes, preparing drinks, breakfast sandwiches finishing donuts
• Support the Kali's Drive-Thru and third party ordering platforms (Doordash, Grubhub, Ubereats) processes to ensure all guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests all day, every day
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
