Overview

Responsibilities

• Master Home Clean Heroes cleaning methods using professional products and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with a cleaning partner, serving homes in Wilmington, Hockessin, and Newark.
• Perform physical cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming with honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Work respectfully in homes with pets and safely operate a company vehicle with a valid license and clean driving record.
• Be willing to undergo a national background check.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a national background check.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand for several hours, and lift/unload up to 20 pounds of equipment.
• Comfort working in homes with pets.
• Be detail-oriented, dependable, and focused on quality service.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
