Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Broken Arrow, OK. This onsite role supports the maintenance of IT infrastructure that enables manufacturing and warehouse operations to function efficiently. The specialist will be onsite supporting engineering and manufacturing IT operations and assisting end users with issues. The IT Specialist will ensure solutions align with current systems, best practices, and comply with federal policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing updates, upgrades, and maintenance tasks in both hardware and software to improve network efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security. The role is a long-term contract, onsite in Broken Arrow, OK.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site IT support to engineering and manufacturing personnel and end users.
  • Assist with maintenance of IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations.
  • Manage updates, upgrades, and routine maintenance for hardware and software.
  • Ensure solutions follow current systems, best practices, and federal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with another IT team member onsite to deliver excellent customer support.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Corporate IT Support role (Desktop Support, NetOps, Onsite Support).
  • End user support experience both over the phone and in person.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software/applications, and networking tickets.
  • Experience in a Cisco environment.
  • Experience in tier 1-3 support.
  • Experience with ticketing systems; ServiceNow preferred.
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (SSO, two-step authentication, Microsoft Authenticator, IAM, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL Server or data management tracking and forecasting.
  • Experience with Windows 10 (team upgrading to Windows 11).
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Exchange.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
