Job Title: Patient Support Specialist (Onsite – Plymouth, MN)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. In this onsite role, you will be the first point of contact for patients using our device, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their experience. You’ll provide setup assistance and troubleshooting issues to help patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through setup and activation of device.
  • Troubleshoot technical and clinical issues in person or via phone/video.
  • Document patient interactions and escalate complex issues to clinical or technical teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient experience and device performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of device functionality, software updates, and clinical protocols.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Personality matters – strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset are essential.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in healthcare, customer support, or related fields.
  • Willing to train the right candidate with a passion for patient care and technology.
  • Research experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with remote monitoring or patient education is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient interactions daily.

  • 2+ years of professional experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
