Our team handles 200-300 calls for assistance every week and is deeply involved in community programming, special events, and fundraising efforts. What You’ll Do:
As a Volunteer Front Office Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Making appointment reminder calls to ensure clients are prepared for their sessions. Assisting with data entry to keep our records accurate and up to date. Helping convert mental health counseling appointments to facilitate smooth scheduling. Providing operator and records desk assistance to support our team’s efficiency.
