Position Title:

Integrated Network Support Lead

Position Overview:

S2Technologies

is seeking an Integrated Network Support Lead. This role will lead the Integrated Network Support team providing LAN, WAN, VPN, VoIP, and telephony services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee network operations, installs, and upgrades across multiple sites.

Ensure VoIP/E911 compliance and telephony support.

Manage network performance, security, and capacity planning.

Lead troubleshooting and escalation for network incidents.

Support modernization initiatives as directed by the Government.

Develop network documentation, SOPs, and continuity guides.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of network engineering/management experience.

Experience in DoD enterprise networks.

Strong knowledge of network compliance and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Certification(s):

Cisco CCNP Security, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certification.

Required Security Clearance:

Active Secret clearance required.

Technology Experience:

Hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches, VPN, and VoIP systems.

Knowledge of E911 and unified communications implementations.

Familiarity with DISA STIGs and DoD-approved network tools.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $125,000 annually
