Role: Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer\n\nSalary: £45,000 – £55,000\n\nLocation: Gloucester (Hybrid Working)\n\nAre you ready to take the next step in your cloud career? You’ll be hands-on with Azure, automation, and Microsoft 365 administration, while also supporting enterprise-level rollouts and contributing to longer-term cloud strategy.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging and optimising Azure & Microsoft 365 environments – licences, monitoring, conditional access, compliance, and security.\n\nSupporting cloud infrastructure strategy, shaping how projects are delivered.\n\nAutomating processes with PowerShell to streamline operations.\n\nHandling Active Directory & Group Policy administration.\n\nOverseeing Exchange Online, including migrations and mail flow.\n\nDriving device and application management with Intune & Endpoint Manager (SCCM).\n\nMaintaining secure, patched, and resilient Azure-hosted infrastructure.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nSolid experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.\n\nStrong background in enterprise IT administration with a cloud-first mindset.\n\nAutomation skills – PowerShell scripting and process optimisation.\n\nGood understanding of security, compliance, and data protection in the cloud.\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach, with ambition to step into leadership and strategy.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\nSalary up to £55,000 (DOE).\n\nHybrid working – Gloucester base with flexible home working.\n\nThe chance to shape the future cloud strategy of a major organisation.\n\nClear career progression into technical leadership roles.\n\nOngoing training, development, and certification support
