Overview
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist I for one of its mortgage clients to operate in a call center environment supporting consumer direct lending. You will act as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. Position Locations
Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL St. Louis, MO Plano, TX Responsibilities
Operate in a call center environment as a customer success advocate. Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers promptly. Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses with internal employees, consumers, and/or authorized 3rd parties. Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values. Qualifications
Mortgage and/or financial services call center experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Mortgage Regulations a plus. Skills and Competencies
Capable communicator (written and oral). Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems. Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.). Travel Requirements
No travel will be required, unless at the client\'s discretion. Physical Requirements

The compensation for this specific role is based on factors including education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $20-24. Benefits
