About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP Finance Operations to join their team. This key senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the financial infrastructure, systems, and processes that underpin the business's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end order to cash process across multiple business lines, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic enablement. This includes treasury strategy and operations, billing and collections, prefund management, and driving process optimization and automation. The role also involves maintaining financial systems, particularly NetSuite, and leading a team to instill a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA certification and a minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting and finance operations, particularly in revenue recognition. A strong background in US GAAP, ASC 606, and experience in the pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services industry is strongly preferred. The role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in financial operations and internal controls. The VP will be expected to lead a team, foster a culture of accountability, and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the success of the company's financial operations.
