The Role: As a Project Manager / Project Engineer, you will be integral to the construction and successful delivery of mission critical data centers. This multifaceted role involves supporting project execution from preconstruction through commissioning, all while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and technical specifications. We are seeking candidates with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, superintendents, trade partners, and clients. You'll be positioned at the center of highly technical, fast-paced projects, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all phases of data center construction. Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to guarantee timely project delivery. Track schedules, manpower, logistics, and field operations in partnership with superintendents. Ensure compliance with mission critical standards and MEP-intensive building requirements. Engage in cost tracking, change management, and contract administration. Prepare and uphold project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports. Facilitate client communications and project updates alongside senior managers. Identify potential risks and contribute to the implementation of mitigation strategies. Collaborate with senior project managers to advance project objectives and maintain momentum. Qualifications & Experience: 3-7 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering. Background in mission critical, industrial, or large commercial construction is highly preferred. Familiarity with MEP systems and commissioning processes. Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and documentation skills. Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and field operations effectively. Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (experience may substitute).
