Director, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Digital Systems at Anduril Industries. The role leads the digital tools and systems used by manufacturing and supply chain teams across product lines, within the ArsenalOS ecosystem (ProdOS). Responsibilities
Develop the ProdOS vision for Anduril, ensuring the internal tech stack maximizes the impact of Manufacturing and Supply Chain users across the hardware development cycle. Serve as the “single threaded leader” for ProdOS, coordinating investment across Software PMs and engineers, Analytics Engineers, Solution & Business Architects, Sysadmins, and other team members; act as the primary contact between CorpTech and Manufacturing/Supply Chain departments. Craft a ProdOS roadmap that is outcome-driven, prioritizing urgent vs. important work. Communicate with stakeholders on development and roadmap, and monitor/report program performance to ensure business outcomes are met. Drive adoption and enablement through change management tools, training, and user engagement (UAT, sandbox, piloting, etc.). Qualifications
Required
10+ years in Product or Program Management, leading both technical and non-technical teams. Experience at advanced and scaled manufacturing companies (e.g., automotive, aerospace, defense, semiconductor). Expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes and tools (MES, IIoT/Industry 4.0, PLM, QMS, Config/Change Management, ERP). Experience developing 1P (built) and 3P (bought) enterprise systems; strong understanding of access controls/security, infrastructure, feature development, configuration, administration, integrations. Experience coordinating diverse technologist teams (software PMs/engineers, enterprise systems, data engineers/analysts). Exposure to high-rate and prototype/low-rate manufacturing processes across continuous and batch types. Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions and enrich data where lacking. Strong critical thinking; ability to challenge traditional approaches to technology solutions. Experience influencing stakeholders from shop floor to boardroom; leadership in vision-setting, culture, and postmortems. Ability to decompose problems, sequence work, and craft 12-18 month strategies; strong communication and PM skills. Decisive, system-wide thinking with a bias for business success. Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time; eligible to obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance. Preferred
Engineering background in robotics, process automation, software/data engineering, manufacturing analytics, and applied ML/AI. Knowledge of modern software engineering paradigms (API-first, event-driven, microservices, loosely coupled systems). Working knowledge of industrial controls, test engineering interfaces, and data handling. Appreciation for virtual-first tools (digital DFx, safety, virtual commissioning). Compensation & Benefits
US Salary Range: $206,000—$309,000 USD.
