In this role as Data Scientist, you will develop and deploy advanced ML models, including large language models (LLMs), to solve complex problems. You’ll analyze data, optimize AI pipelines, and collaborate with teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. Additionally, you’ll explore emerging AI trends, ensure efficiency practices, and enhance model performance and scalability. Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning (ML) models to solve complex business problems. Design, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for various applications. Research and prototype cutting-edge AI models, ensuring scalability and effectiveness. Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights. Build and optimize data pipelines to support AI/ML model training and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Conduct A/B testing, performance monitoring, and continuous model improvement. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them as appropriate. Document processes, models, and findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements

PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 5 years of experience in Business intelligence, data science, or related fields Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Julia, with expertise in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. In-depth understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and natural language processing (NLP). Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their applications. Proficiency in querying and managing data using SQL, NoSQL, or graph databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow). Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization techniques. Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop. Effective communication skills to present technical findings to diverse audiences.
