Position: Mailroom Sorting Associate
Location: Lexington, KY

$15/hour Schedule: Training Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (for 4-6 weeks) Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Clean Desk Production Schedule:
First shift A unique opportunity awaits as we seek a Mailroom Sorting Associate! This hands-on, onsite role focuses on efficiently and accurately sorting incoming and outgoing mail in a structured, team-oriented environment. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success. A Day in the Role: You will clock in, grab a tray, and start sorting mail. You will remove contents from envelopes and categorize them according to detailed guidelines specific to various lines of business. Once a tray is completed, you'll move on to the next until your daily targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Sort and organize mail by type and destination Utilize basic PC functions to track and manage mail items Navigate programs such as Microsoft Teams and other internal tools Requirements: Basic computer skills (navigating a PC and using common software) Ability to adhere to detailed sorting procedures Dependability, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain focus Candidates must be willing and able to work the required hours. In addition to base pay, eligible candidates may receive a bonus or incentive.
