Residential HVAC Service Technician

of Bellingham is looking for a motivated, skilled
Residential HVAC Service Technician
to perform maintenance and demand service for our residential and light commercial customers. Since 1980, we have provided dependable service and quality products to our customers! Must have own hand tools and desire to provide top-notch service to our customers. Apply now to join our team!
Work Hours:
7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday; evenings and weekends as needed; on-call rotation required
Pay Range:
$31.00/hr. to $44.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

PTO- This is based on hours worked. .25 multiplier per hour/52 hours

Required Qualifications:
Experienced service technician; Level 3, 4, or 5 service technician skill set
Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
Universal EPA Certification
Low voltage license
High school diploma or its equivalent
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience making repair and replacement decisions.
Advanced customer service skills.
Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Qualifications desired:
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
