Role : Founding Customer Success Manager THE OPPORTUNITY This is a great opportunity to join a thriving & well-backed AI SaaS startup in San Francisco who have been growing at a rapid pace. They scaled from 0 to $3M ARR in just 6 months and now looking for their first Customer Success hire to ensure their customers are making full use of their AI-powered platform. YOU WILL Own the customer journey post-sale, managing onboarding, adoption, retention & growth. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts. Identify & explore expansion & renewal opportunities. Collect customer feedback and collaborate closely with product & engineering teams to shape the roadmap. Develop and refine customer success playbooks as they scale. YOU BRING 3+ years of experience in Customer Success roles at a B2B SaaS startups Great communication skills and strong at building long-term relationships Any founding CS experience is nice to have, but must have SaaS startup experience Come from a top school Experienced with onboarding, retention, renewals, upselling & cross-selling Seniority level
