Our customer is looking for a Product Manager to work directly with the founder on the AI roadmap for the entire organization. This role will report directly to the Founder for the first quarter and then shift to report to the Director of Product. The candidate should be excited about building a pilot and launching the product strategy for all AI initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, conducting research on dental workflows, and gathering customer feedback to guide AI-powered product development. Working effectively with engineering teams, C-suite executives, customers, and making sound judgments is essential for success. You will inform how AI is integrated into the company’s products. Responsibilities

Identify market opportunities and generate AI-powered product ideas aligned with business goals. Conduct research on dental workflows and gather customer feedback to guide AI initiatives. Collaborate with engineering teams and executives to define product requirements and roadmap. pilot and launch AI initiatives; make judgment calls to drive product strategy and integration. Qualifications

4 – 7 years of experience as a Product Manager. Prior experience with data-driven/AI/ML-based products. Obsessive customer focus with the ability to translate insights into product decisions. Experience working in a startup environment. Degree from a top institution. About EEO / Privacy
