Overview The Anthem is seeking an Assistant Front of House Manager to support the Front of House (FOH) Director and ensure exceptional guest experiences for all events held at the venue through management of the usher team.

Responsibilities

Assist with the hiring process for new staff.

Track new usher and supervisor training progress.

Oversee usher supplies, equipment inventory and maintenance.

Coordinate the return of leftover coat check and lost and found items to their owners.

Facilitate advanced ADA requests including any specialized ADA accommodations.

On the day of the event: create and post all necessary venue signage both indoors and outside; oversee staff assignments for the event; organize ADA requests for supervisors; assist with any staff and patron issues as needed.

Qualifications

Being a self-starter who can take direction.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with company or tour proprietary information and staff information.

Models consistent and appropriate staff behavior and work ethic.

Comfortable trouble-shooting escalated issues and patron interactions.

Previous management experience a plus; strong people skills required.
