Senior Vice President/Group Account Director role at Digitas North America. Were looking for an outstanding leader to drive growth, develop high-level strategic plans, and influence senior clients with deep knowledge of digital capabilities. Responsibilities

Eloquently articulate our views on digital business philosophies and keep clients informed on industry context. Actively establish and grow senior-level client relationships based on trust, leveraging these relationships to drive business growth. Develop cutting-edge, insight-driven integrated marketing programs, leveraging expertise across media. Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship through involvement in company events, learning forums, and by serving as a member of the Digitas Senior Leadership Team and Digitas Global Network. Maintain a strong understanding of changes in the clients industry and how customer needs are evolving; develop relevant case studies on client businesses. Deliver strategic client presentations and provide concise, insightful recommendations. Connect to broader agency intellectual capital and bring best practices to client engagements. Own client financialsincluding forecasts, budgets, and investmentsand facilitate all legal contracts. Develop team members through training, identify growth areas, hire non-traditional talent, and build a best-in-class workforce. Willingness to travel as needed. Qualifications

A demonstrated passion for marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding work. Four years of college education, MBA preferred, and 15+ years of experience with a strong history in interactive experience and client leadership in integrated marketing or digital scope. Understanding of how marketing, creative, planning, media, technology, and analytics integrate. Superior analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Extensive knowledge across media, including Mobile and Social. Proven ability to grow existing client relationships. Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLE, Midjourney) is a plus for ideation, research, or content generation. Additional Information

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $251,100.00 annually. This range reflects the pay the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation is determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The Company reserves the right to modify this range at any time.
