Client is enhancing its Salesforce Health Cloud platform to deliver a best-in-class experience for members and providers. As the Lead QA Engineer, you will own the quality strategy, establish QA best practices, and drive testing efforts across cloud, APIs, and integration initiatives. You’ll mentor QA engineers, lead automation initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence aligned with healthcare compliance standards. Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end QA lifecycle for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Define and execute test strategies and test plans covering manual and automated testing for Salesforce features, APIs, and integrations. Establish and maintain automation frameworks for regression testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment verification. Collaborate closely with DevOps, product owners, and developers to ensure quality gates and release readiness. Mentor and guide QA engineers, ensuring adherence to testing standards and sprint objectives. Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvements targeting reliability, security, and compliance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.) during QA processes. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in QA roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role. Proven experience testing Salesforce applications, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud. Hands-on expertise in manual testing and automation frameworks (Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Strong experience in API testing using REST/SOAP tools such as Postman or SoapUI. Exposure to Apex unit testing and Salesforce-specific QA practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.). Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. Healthcare domain knowledge and familiarity with compliance frameworks like HIPAA and HITRUST are a plus. ISTQB or other QA certifications are a nice-to-have.
