Responsibilities
Support and provide updates for the systems this team built and manages communication with satellites, and sorting customer traffic.
Coordinate with SMEs to determine how to move forward and get unstuck.
Engage in incident response and maintain automated processes, with some manual work as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience with embedded systems.
Experience with remote software updates.
3+ years Linux-based experience.
5+ years hands-on operational experience.
Experience with Confluence (nice to have).
Formerly worked at SpaceX or in aeronautics/ aerospace/ avionics/ medical devices (or similar environments).
Experience with any company with embedded, wireless updates.
