This position is onsite in Fountain Valley, California and supports teams during Pacific Time business hours. Requires experience in large organizations, supporting Agile and Waterfall SDLCs, and a strong understanding of Application Development as a BSA/Product Owner. Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Specialists to interview, review, analyze, and develop business requirements, wireframes, and storyboards for website redesign projects. Communicate with a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally, in technical and business terms as needed. Provide best practices and recommendations through research and analysis to improve project objectives, processes, and productivity. Coordinate as .com Business Services Analyst with Interactive Marketing and interrelated departments, Marketing Agency, IT, and 3rd Party Vendors. Provide input to the PMO team on BRDs, risk, compliance, and document management activities. Provide timely, accurate, and complete documents and artifacts as needed and required. Attend meetings, capture/publish notes/action items/next steps, and follow up with business stakeholders. Coordinate/review UAT test plans, use cases, and test scripts as needed; may generate for some cases. Assist user testing as required; UAT, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Production Validation Testing, System Integration Testing, etc. Functional lead for all analytical ad-hoc project requests from the Interactive Marketing business team. Respond to emails, calls, in-person inquiries, and requests; schedule meetings with clear agendas and required attendees. Track project status, activities, tasks, and issues/risks in collaboration with Marketing Agency/IT PM/BSA. Other assignments as directed. Qualifications and Requirements
Technical Business analysis experience in enterprise Application Development and API integrations (e.g., Postman). Creating Functional and technical specifications (BRDs, Wireframes, Business Process Flows) and proficiency in technical design documentation (Visio or Lucidcharts). Documentation of user flows in collaboration with vendor partners. Creating Epics and User Stories using JIRA and CONFLUENCE. Cross-functional: Managing the Release management process with Business, Vendors, Tech Teams, etc. Quality management, including creating and executing test cases if necessary. Limited UX/UI, design review and coordination. Knowledge of data and SQL queries is a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS is a huge plus. UAT support; facilitate testing, reviews, and approvals for UAT, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. Support launch and post-launch stabilization. Collaborate with stakeholder departments from Marketing, Information Technology, and Vendor Partners; interpret and communicate Business Requirements into actionable specs for development teams. Project Management: Weekly task and status reports. Minimum 3-5 years as a Technical Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Scrum with extensive knowledge of software application development, or related experience; expert knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle. App Development experience preferred; Marketing and Website/.com project experience preferred; Automotive/e-commerce industry background a plus. Bachelor’s degree (Software Development or IT) preferred; PMP/Scrum certification a plus. Soft skills
