Oversee and review fund administrator deliverables, including quarterly/annual financials, capital calls/distributions, and investor reporting packages. Ensure accuracy of complex fund calculations by reviewing management fees, waterfalls, expense allocations, and investor capital activity. Support investor relations by preparing quarterly reports, assisting with valuations, responding to inquiries and DDQs, and producing portfolio/fund-level analytics. Collaborate across teams — work with legal on fund agreements, auditors on year-end audits, and the investment team on portfolio company reporting. Contribute to technical fund operations including valuation support, validating financial models, compliance/regulatory reporting, and fund liquidity forecasting. Drive process improvement by enhancing models, reporting systems, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. Partner closely with senior leadership (Head of Fund Ops, VP Finance, CFO) on fund operations and strategic initiatives. Job details
