Our Fortune 100 financial services clients North American Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Product Marketing Manager to drive key growth initiatives for P2P and B2C payment programs. The product marketer will support full-funnel B2B marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into marketing plans and activities that impact revenue generation. This role requires strategic and creative thinking with excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. The candidate should have a strong background in B2B product marketing and experience in building high-performing marketing programs with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Develop the B2B marketing strategy for key audiences in collaboration with product, sales, internal and external agency partners. Develop messaging and creative assets with internal and external partners to deliver the campaign strategy. Produce sales materials such as product sell sheets, pitch decks, FAQs, demos, videos, technical slides, and other assets to support client conversations. Lead the execution of key tactics to generate leads across paid, owned, and earned channels. Organize measurement, lead management, and reporting to evaluate performance and advise optimizations. Support events and develop bespoke activations to drive sales efforts. Manage the marketing budget and assist with annual planning. Required Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree or at least 2 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Preferred Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset; capable of thoughtful drive, flexibility, and urgency Strong planning, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Track record managing B2B campaigns and leveraging MarTech to optimize efforts Storytelling skills with excellent written and verbal communication Collaborative, with ability to contribute ideas and execute Experience managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors Compensation
The starting pay range for this role is $65.00 per hour.
Actual compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location.
