Amazon Photos helps consumers preserve, organize, share, and relive their memories. The service comes with unlimited photo storage for Prime members with apps available on iOS, Android, Web, Desktop. The service is also integrated into Alexa devices such as Echo Show and Fire TV. We have ambitious goals to scale growth and adoption of the service around the world and delight our customers with a great memories product.
Responsibilities
Drive paid advertising initiatives via Display, App Marketing and Paid Media channels to drive WW customer acquisition for Amazon Photos.
Understand and create customer segmentation, cohorts and testing plans to optimize for customer acquisition.
Continuous A/B testing in paid media channels including creative imagery, messaging and CTAs.
Establish automated reporting and optimization processes. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
Collaborate closely with technical, business, finance, creative and design teams within Amazon to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
2+ years of team management experience
Experience managing teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
