The role Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the

Senior Graphic Designer

will join a growing Marketing Team and help visually bring our brand, products, and services to life across customer touchpoints. You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver clear, on-brand creative and contribute to campaigns, trend storytelling, digital experiences, and partner initiatives while upholding Pantone’s visual identity.

Responsibilities

Translate creative briefs into visual assets that support strategic objectives and brand storytelling.

Design graphics and layouts for digital campaigns, product marketing materials, trend reports, social media, presentations, email assets, and event collateral.

Develop assets for collateral, social, web, tradeshow graphics, and digital advertising.

Support web design projects including wireframes and page layout recommendations in collaboration with Product Marketing and Marketing Ops.

Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and PCI Services to ensure visual consistency and strategic alignment.

Support partner co-branded campaigns, ensuring visuals align with Pantone and partner brand guidelines.

Assist with design support for global initiatives with localized adaptations as needed.

Manage and update shared design templates, asset libraries, and internal creative tools.

Help shape the creative direction of an in-house team and mentor future design hires.

Establish, maintain, and evolve Pantone’s brand visual standards and identity.

Participate in feedback and review cycles to deliver high-quality assets on time.

Essential requirements

At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a multi-brand or marketing agency setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar tools.

Experience bringing brands to life in physical spaces (trade shows, event environments, large-format displays); knowledge of physical schematics is a plus.

Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills; comfortable designing for digital, print, and web formats.

Photography or photo editing skills a plus.

Ability to lead design execution from concept through final delivery with minimal oversight.

Passion for color, creativity, and design with an appreciation for art, fashion, and visual culture.

Strong project management, time management, and communication skills; collaborative mindset with attention to detail.

Highly responsive, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

Experience working with global teams or multi-language asset adaptation.

Exposure to motion graphics or light video editing.

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Firefly, or other GenAI design accelerators.

Compensation and benefits (US) The compensation range for this role is

$85,000



$105,000

USD per year, plus potential bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The exact pay will be determined based on factors including education, experience, and location.
