Responsibilities
Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety
Oversee and report daily progress to the project team
Interpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standards
Support project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvals
Coordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement
Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget
Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion
Enforce safety protocols and document incidents
Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnel
Participate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategies
Review timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountability
Lead by example and jump in on-site when needed
Build and maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule
Act as the on-site KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visits
Support documentation, change orders, and construction-related administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of experience/education
Industrial electrical construction experience (Required)
Ability to manage multiple projects and forecast scope
Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders
Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Travel availability up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays
Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $115,000- $150,000 plus per diem, incentive opportunities, or other applicable compensation details.
