Overview Performance Marketing Manager (Remote) at UNIQODE. Uniqode is on a mission to connect the physical and digital worlds through technology. We are building a global ecosystem to drive proximity marketing and digital engagement at scale, with offices in New York and Bangalore and a team across India and the USA. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will create and execute data-driven campaigns that drive qualified traffic, generate qualified leads, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.

Key Focus Areas

Digital Acquisition Strategy :

Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition at scale. Identify and optimize effective channels (paid search, paid social, display ads, retargeting, events, webinars, etc.). Create multi-channel campaigns that align with growth goals and attract potential customers through compelling messaging and offers.

Paid Media Campaign Management :

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and acquire customers at scale. Optimize budgets, targeting, and creative for ROI and lead generation. Monitor and adjust strategies to meet goals and KPIs.

Data & Analytics :

Analyze and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as traffic growth, conversion rates, lead quality, CPL, pipeline growth, and ROI. Provide regular performance insights with recommendations for optimization. Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and tactics.

Collaboration With Sales And Product Teams :

Work closely with sales to understand lead quality, refine qualification criteria, and optimize the marketing-to-sales handoff. Align demand generation with product launches and sales initiatives. Support sales with content and insights to convert leads into customers.

Market Research & Industry Trends :

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in demand generation. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

About You We’re looking for someone with :

5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven company.

Experience generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns; managing paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.); budget management and KPI delivery.

Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Curious, resourceful, and a collaborative team player with problem-solving passion.

Based in the United States, with a preference for those in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (EST / CST).

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot); familiarity with SEO and content marketing.

Background in content marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
