Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant with deep expertise in U.S. financial localization and strong functional knowledge across core finance modules. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP FI implementation experience, including multiple end-to-end projects in a lead role. Prior exposure to the automotive or automotive parts manufacturing industry is highly preferred. This role requires on-site presence in Tennessee and the ability to lead workshops, deliver solutions, and drive successful implementations with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirement workshops with finance stakeholders and document detailed functional specifications. Configure, test, and implement SAP FI modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting). Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. localization within SAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO, PP) to design integrated solutions. Provide expertise during SIT, UAT, and data migration activities. Deliver end-user training, prepare functional documentation, and support knowledge transfer. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues during go-live and hypercare. Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of SAP FI implementation experience, including 3+ full-cycle projects in a lead role. Strong knowledge of U.S. financial localization, tax rules, and compliance. Proven expertise in GL, AR, AP, and Asset Accounting. Hands-on experience with FI integration to CO, MM, and SD. Industry experience in automotive / automotive parts manufacturing strongly preferred. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields (CPA or equivalent preferred). Willingness and ability to travel 100% and work on-site in Tennessee.
