Overview

The Learning & Development Business Partner designs, implements, and evaluates training and development programs that enhance employee skills, improve productivity, and support Ravago Americas' organizational goals. This role partners with key stakeholders to identify training needs, develop solutions to address gaps, and ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives and cultural values. Responsibilities

Training Program Development & Delivery: design and deliver engaging learning programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions. Identify training needs and skill gaps with managers and leadership; develop content and materials that support business strategies, cultural alignment, and professional development. Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels; ensure effective delivery and knowledge transfer. Assess training programs periodically to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Implement continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, industry best practices, and new learning technologies. Align learning programs with career development and succession planning initiatives. Develop and report metrics to evaluate the impact of training to stakeholders. Leverage learning management systems (LMS) to deploy, track, and manage training programs. Ensure employees are proficient in the use of systems, tools, and protocols to enhance their learning experience. Research and recommend learning technologies and tools to support organizational goals. Employee Development & Engagement: promote a culture of learning and professional growth; coach and mentor employees; support individual development plans. Collaborate with HR and management to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Compliance & Policy Awareness: ensure training programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; develop and deliver compliance-related training (e.g., workplace safety, diversity, harassment prevention). Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with HR, Operations, and Leadership to develop tailored training solutions; coordinate with external vendors as needed. Reporting & Documentation: maintain training records, provide regular updates to leadership on participation and outcomes, and prepare reports and presentations on metrics. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field – required; Master’s degree or professional certification in Learning & Development – preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in learning and development, instructional design, or related field; proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs in a corporate setting; experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and content creation software; knowledge of compliance-related training requirements and best practices. Licenses / Certifications: Accredited certification in Learning & Development or Training (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) – preferred. Language: Proficiency in English – required. Skills

Required Skills: strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate training across formats (in-person, virtual, blended), excellent written and verbal communication, strong project management, analytical mindset, collaboration and emotional intelligence, proficiency with LMS and learning technologies, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Master’s degree or professional certification in Learning & Development; accredited certification (e.g., CPLP, CPTD). Pay and Benefits
