About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will help solve a ubiquitous problem for knowledge workers by delivering best-in-class products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge. You will contribute to the early-stage product strategy as part of a lean team and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success to understand customers and build category-defining tools. Responsibilities
Spend time with customers to deeply understand knowledge needs Develop key parts of the product roadmap, aligning customer needs with product vision Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders Build scalable processes to support rapid growth About you
6+ years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company; experience with collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools is a plus Strong technical background and analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication Proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results Collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners Learning and growth mindset Mission-first mindset with success measured by product and team outcomes Location
Hybrid (3-4 days a week in one of our SF Bay Area offices) Compensation & Benefits
The standard base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $240,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage, generous time-off, and a 401k plan.
